Good design, but nees some improvements

I purchased this for when I do traffic control at emergency scenes. It has a good design, small and compact. The only issues I have with it are; The switch is too small and short to manipulate with turnout gloves, or anything short of a thin glove. This makes it very hard to use in cold weather, when heavy gloves are a must. I also found the stock lanyard to be too small to easily fit over a gloved hand and bunker coat, I will be replacing it with an adjustable lanyard. Over all this is a good product, and I would buy it again. .
