The belts fastening system holds very well have not had a problem with this item at all. A very good belt!

It has its place

by

The product itself is GREAT! Very well constructed and im sure it has its place. The only concern I have is when attaching the belt to my bunker pants, it does not provide a quick deployment. You have to put it on like a regular belt. This does not work very will for an emergency application. It may be great as a duty or service belt, but maybe not in a fire setting.

Its black and holds my pants up.

It holds my pants up. Have not jumped out the 3rd storie yet. My waist is 35, they reccomend 4"" min overlap to hold for a bailout so 38 max waist. You could always go smaller. If you do not tuck in your shirt the buckle will jab at your belly, no blood but gets irratating. If you have a belly overhang tuck in your shirt.
