A Beautiful Navy Blue Tie
Stephanie Caron, one of your call center representatives, was great! I ordered a navy blue tie. When it arrived, I thought it was black. I wrote to TheFireStore, and Ms. Caron responded immediately: ""I do apologize that you received a black tie instead of the navy blue you requested. We will go ahead and send you the navy blue tie. You do not need to return the black one. . . ."" I took the tie to work, and my friends--whose eyes are better than mine--told me that the tie was indeed navy blue. I wrote back to Ms. Caron and apologized, and she responded: ""Thank you for your honesty. We have cancelled the replacement to ship to you. It is no problem at all and thank you for letting us know! If you need anything else, feel free to let us know."" Again, Ms. Caron was great!
