Versatile Softshell Jacket doubles as windproof midweight jacket, or an extra insulating layer for the coldest conditions.The Propper Defender Echo is a contemporary-designed softshell jacket made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex fabric designed especially for Law Enforcement. Its durable stretch woven polyester surface is resistant to abrasion and tears. The 100% polyester-fleece backing makes it an excellent insulating liner.
