Doug, I don't know if this holder will work for your light, this is the information I got from Boston Leather for the size of the holder you are asking about; diameter 1.1", height to top of barrel of holder 5.6", overall height 6.15" Hope this is of help to you.

Yes. I just fit tested it for you. Being new leather, it's a pretty tight fit, but it should break in nicely.
