The 6004 Taser rig is designed primarily for opposite
leg weak-side
carry. This less lethal compliment to your Model 6004 or 6005 Tactical
Holster
rig can hold your M26 or X26 Taser plus one or more optional spare
cartridge
pouches. The unique design of the leg shroud and mount allows the
holster to be
canted in a range of positions for either strong or weak-side use.
The Model 6004
Tactical SLS
holster is built for comfort as well as security.
You’ll find the SELF-LOCKING SYSTEM (SLS) rotating hood
system ideally suited
for today’s demanding tactical situations. Since there is no
snap, the SLS
allows for a smoother single-motion draw and greater protection against
attempted weapon takeaways. The hood can only be released by being
simultaneously pushed down and rotated forward. It actually becomes
more secure
when upward force is applied. And it’s far less likely to
release accidentally
than conventional thumb break snaps.
Like all
Safariland SLS Tactical Holsters, this Holster comes standard with the
SLS Hood Guard to provide additional protection against slash and grab
attempts. It is also available with only the optional SLS Sentry, or
both the SLS Hoodguard and Sentry installed to bring it to an even
