Instapack Quick® RT (Room Temperature) chemical foam packaging quickly expands into the Pelican case and around your items to form custom-fitting, hard polyurethane foam cushions. Instapak RT foam bags are placed under and on top of your equipment as they expand, for superior cushioning, blocking and bracing, and void-filling protection of even the most delicate contents.

The expanded foam bags can be removed from your Pelican case and discarded or recycled. You can replace them with new ones in minutes, allowing you to reuse your case for other items, at any time.

The two-part chemical foam, which is fully enclosed inside the bag, is mixed together and activated by simply patting on the bag, as shown here.

SOLD INDIVIDUALLY. Order at least two Instapak bags for cases without upper egg crate foam in lid, or to provide complete coverage for smaller items. Ordering extra bags, or additional smaller size bags, is recommended to accommodate changes in case contents, items of unusual size and shape, or larger Pelican cases. Some experimentation may be necessary to obtain the precise fit you desire.

Larger cases may require multiple bags.

NOTE: DO NOT use an Instapak bag more than one size larger than suggested. Serious injury or damage to case and contents may result. . If there is any doubt about the size, use multiple small bags rather than one large one.
