A convenient, top loading, vertical design lets you store and protect a surprising amount of gear within a compact, space-saving footprint. Three-level Pick “N” Pluck foam allows easy, flexible customization of the interior padding. If you have documents or equipment that is better stored in an upright position, the Model 1430 Top Loading case could be the best way to go. And the rubber over-molded handle makes it all surprisingly comfortable to carry.
Like all Pelican Protector Cases, it's watertight, dustproof, chemical resistant, and corrosion proof. Ultra High Impact structural copolymer makes the 1430 extremely strong and durable. Sturdy Double Throw Latches provide a secure closure and easy access to your equipment and a 1/4" (6.4 mm) neoprene o-ring in the lid ensures a watertight seal. An Automatic Pressure Equalization Valve prevents vacuum lock from pressure changes, while a humidity gauge alerts you if moisture inside the case is approaching critical levels. You can rest easy knowing that your valuable equipment has total protection from impact, vibration, moisture, and shock.
