Like all Pelican Protector Cases, it's watertight, dustproof, chemical resistant, and corrosion proof. Ultra High Impact structural copolymer makes it extremely strong and durable. The 1080 Hardback Case also includes a 1/4" (6.4 mm) neoprene o-ring to ensure a watertight seal. An Automatic Pressure Equalization Valve prevents vacuum lock from pressure changes, while a humidity gauge alerts you if moisture inside the case is approaching critical levels. You can rest easy knowing that your valuable equipment has total protection from impact, vibration, moisture, and shock.
