X-treme COMPATABILITY...
Non-dedicated by design. The patented Insight Rail Grabber™ mount provides a secure “locked on” attachment designed to withstand the shock generated by long guns, machine guns, and high powered pistols equipped with a MILSTD-1913/Picatinny or Weaver rail. Yet it can be clamped into place, or removed in seconds with a flat-head screwdriver or coin.

The all new MIL-spec design and construction of the M6X Tactical Laser Illuminator takes tactical lighting and target acquisition to the next level. Insight Technology has combined the military-proven visible laser technology from their Laser Aiming Module (LAM) with the ultra high intensity torch of the M3X, to make an unbeatable tactical combination. The 4-position Mode Selector switch coupled with Insight Technology's patented Rail Grabber mounting system allows mission-specific operation across a variety of tactical platforms.

The powerful, versatile M6X Tactical Laser Illuminator offers fast, clear identification and positive acquisition of the target. And because it weighs just 4.8 oz., it will not hamper weapon performance or shooter skill.

Durable filter with shock-resistant rubber housing and retaining ring allows stealthy use of your light with night-vision equipment. Flip open in an instant for visible light.

Long gun backplate with remote cable switch.
Allows the M6X to be operated from the backplate toggle switch or via a momentary-on remote cable switch. A main toggle switch on the rear of the light is easily changed from Constant-On to Momentary-On, or fully Off. A watertight receptacle accepts the remote cable switch, a rubber membrane–style switch which can be mounted in a comfortable position on the weapon with the included Velcro® fastener. The cable switch will turn the light on as long as the pad is pressed and the main switch is in Momentary-On position. The remote has no function in the Steady-On mode.

Slide Lock™ Mounting System
Insight's patented mounting system allows instant attachment and removal without tools on any weapon equipped with a MILSTD-1913/Picatinny or Weaver rail. The Slide Lock mount is most commonly used on handguns, but also offers a great advantage to operators who transition among multiple handguns and shoulder-fired weapons.

Rail Grabber™
An even more secure mount for long guns, machine guns, and high powered pistols equipped with a MILSTD-1913/Picatinny or Weaver rail. Insight's Rail Grabber interface uses a single machine screw to clamp the illuminator firmly onto place. Operators who want the ultimate in security and accuracy often prefer this mount. The Rail Grabber™ interface requires only a slot-head screwdriver or coin to mount and remove the light. It will fit on most tactical pistols and shoulder-fired weapons.

Maximum versatility.
Interchangeable backplates and a variety of adapters and accessories allow you to mount your M6X on a pistol or long-gun…and customize it for your particular application. Backplates are completely interchangeable. No matter which backplate you choose for your primary weapon platform, you can order an extra backplate to allow use of your light on more than one type of weapon. Plus you can select from a wide range of specialized accessories and mounting platform adapters to configure your light for almost any application and preference.
