Top grain leather strap attaches to your duty belt in front of and behind your holster. It loops over your shoulder to take some of the weight of your weapon and gear. Measure for strap from the top of duty belt (in front of holster) to opposite shoulder, and diagonally across back, returning to the belt behind holster.
