The Manix is an amazing example
of a folding knife with an impressive resume of features. Dual skeletonized full
length liners in the handle scales augment lock strength. The closer your grip
is to the cutting edge, the more control you have over the cut, so Spyderco added
a fore-finger choil and tactile spine serrations for choking up onto the blade.
The relationship between the blade's weight, the locks shape and the spring's
strength make for a smooth open/close action.
